We’re excited to unveil the Timeline Schedule—a powerful new way for attendees to experience your event’s schedule. Instead of scrolling through a long list, users can now visually scan what’s happening at any given moment, organized by time + location or time + event category.

Designed for events with overlapping sessions or multiple venues, the Timeline View makes it easier than ever to plan a full day without missing a thing.

Ideal for All Types of Events

Music Festivals

Display performances by stage—such as Main Stage, Acoustic Tent, and more—so fans can instantly see what's playing when and where.

Conferences

Organize sessions by tracks or rooms, making it simple for attendees to follow a specific focus area or jump between topics.

Fairs and 4-H Events

Group your schedule by buildings like the Livestock Arena or Ag Hall, or by categories such as General Fair Events, Competitions, or Demonstrations.

What Makes the Timeline View Stand Out

• Horizontal scroll through the day’s events
• Side-by-side display of simultaneous sessions
• Grouping by venue or event type for easy browsing
• Favorites are clearly marked on the timeline
• Tap any item for full details, just like in list view

Customization Options

The Timeline View can be tailored to fit your event:

• Custom Colors to match your branding or organize by type/location
• Adjustable Width Between Times for tighter or more spread-out layouts
• Top-Right View Switcher lets users toggle between Timeline and Traditional views

Who Gets What?

• Silver Packages can choose to show either the Timeline View or the Traditional List View
• Gold, Platinum, and higher packages can enable both views at the same time, with a built-in toggle for users

This feature is available in all apps updated and submitted after June 23, 2025. It’s a modern, intuitive upgrade that makes your schedule easier to navigate and your app more engaging.
