Native app offline access

Built for event days—even when cell service isn’t.

Crowded fairgrounds. Remote festival sites. Busy convention halls. Grandstand’s native apps keep nearly all core app content available offline once it has downloaded, so attendees can keep exploring when reception is weak or unavailable.

Your team manages content in the web-based Grandstand Admin. The app downloads content to the device and checks for updates at supported refresh points when a connection is available. Between updates, visitors can continue using the content already stored on their phones.

Plan ahead: Download and open the app before arriving. New content updates and features that use online services require a connection.

Discover what’s available

Put your vendors and their offerings in the spotlight

Give guests a searchable guide to participating restaurants, food vendors, breweries, and wineries. Bring photos, descriptions, menus or beverage selections, and useful links together so visitors can explore before arriving and make their next choice during the event.

Using supported list features, organizers can group their own content into useful categories such as restaurants, desserts, craft beer, wine, spirits, and nonalcoholic beverages.

Find your next stop

Connect every listing to a location

Help guests move from discovering a vendor to finding its booth. Searchable maps can connect food and beverage listings with festival locations while making tasting areas, entertainment, entrances, and amenities easier to locate.

Organizers can use a supported custom festival graphic or create location content over supported native maps.

Make room for the events guests don’t want to miss

Organize chef demonstrations, scheduled tastings, talks, and entertainment in one clear program. Guests can browse event details and save favorites to plan their visit around the experiences that interest them.

Food, wine, and beer festival app FAQs

How much does a food, wine, or beer festival app cost?

Pricing depends on the publishing option, package, and services you select. Review the Food, Wine & Beer Festival Pricing page or contact Grandstand for help choosing the right option.

Can we list food vendors, breweries, and wineries in the same app?

Yes. Organizers can create separate, searchable groups for restaurants, food vendors, breweries, wineries, and other participants in one festival guide.

Can listings include menus or beverage selections?

Yes. Organizer-provided listings can include supported text, images, documents, categories, and links for menus or beverage selections. Grandstand does not automatically sync live inventory or verify dietary and allergen information.

Can guests save favorites and find vendors on the map?

Supported listings, offerings, and events can be favorited, and vendor information can connect to searchable map locations. Favorites help guests plan; they do not reserve a seat, place an order, or purchase admission.

Can we use our existing festival map?

Yes. Festival teams can use a supported custom graphic such as a PDF, PNG, or JPG with searchable locations, or build location content over a supported native map.

Can our team update the app, and is setup help available?

Yes. Authorized staff can update vendors, beverage listings, schedules, maps, pages, and announcements with Grandstand’s browser-based tools. Design and content-loading assistance is available; scope and fees depend on the selected package and services.

Does the app work without cell service or Wi-Fi?

Yes. Grandstand’s native apps store downloaded content on the device, allowing visitors to keep using nearly all core app content without an internet connection. Visitors should download and open the app while connected before attending. A connection is needed to receive new content updates, push notifications, and access features that depend on online services.

How is our app published?

Grandstand offers publishing within a supported container app and stand-alone branded app-store options. Stand-alone apps require Apple and Google developer accounts and are subject to store review and approval. Availability, timing, and pricing vary by package.

Can we see how festival guests use our app?

Yes. Grandstand provides reporting on app usage and supported content activity, including views, favorites, shares, and searches. Available reports vary by package. Platinum and Titanium also include realtime analytics and geographic app-usage heatmaps. Explore App Analytics.
