What is included in the annual package?

Your selected feature package, Grandstand Admin access, and the selected publishing path are included. Optional setup and add-ons are priced separately.

How does a branded app differ from a container app?

A branded app uses your name and icon in app stores. With container delivery, visitors open a supported Grandstand app and select your experience.

Is design or content setup included?

Self-service design and content loading cost $0. Optional one-time assistance is listed above; package features do not silently include those services.

Can I change packages later?

Contact our team to review the package change, timing, pricing, and any publishing work before making a change.

Can I move from a container app to my own branded app?

Ask our team to review app-store accounts, timing, submission requirements, and the applicable annual price.

Are there separate developer-account requirements or charges?

Branded publishing may require Apple and Google developer accounts and their separate terms or charges. Container delivery does not require your own developer account.

How does annual renewal work?

Packages are priced annually. Confirm renewal dates, current terms, and any changes with your quote or agreement.

Does the app work without cell service or Wi-Fi?

Yes. Grandstand’s native apps store downloaded content on the device, allowing visitors to keep using nearly all core app content without an internet connection. Visitors should download and open the app while connected before attending. A connection is needed to receive new content updates, push notifications, and access features that depend on online services.

Can I use the app for multiple events or year-round?

Many teams keep content current throughout the year. Multi-event structure and limits depend on the chosen package; confirm your intended use with our team.

How does the free trial work?

Use the Build & Launch page to begin the currently available trial and review its terms before publishing.

How far ahead should I plan my launch?

Timing depends on content readiness, design, delivery choice, and app-store review. Review Build & Launch and discuss your target date with our team.
