Smart Event Photo Suggestions

Setting up an event just got quicker in Grandstand’s Admin! You’ll now see a new photo picker option when creating or editing an event.

Here’s what’s new:

• 4 Most Common Photos: Instantly choose from a short list of commonly used photos or graphics.
• 4 Recently Uploaded Photos: Quickly reuse one of your latest uploads—perfect if you're adding multiple similar events.

We noticed that Admin users often re-upload the same images again and again. This update cuts out the busywork and helps keep your media library clean and efficient.

No extra setup needed

This feature works automatically behind the scenes, saving you time without requiring any extra clicks or configuration. Just select a suggested image and move on with your day.
