Grandstand Update A quick update on all the awesome things we are working on at Grandstand!
New Fonts + New Map Pins Brand new fonts have been added to many of our apps in recent weeks, giving app builders even more power to customize the look of their app. Included in these fonts is a script font which is perfect for headlines, icon titles, and more. We’ve also added two serif fonts for those customers looking to have serif fonts on body text in their app. In addition to these fonts we’ve added in additional map pins for
Custom Pages & Button Rows Custom pages have always been one of our most important features in Grandstand, allowing admin users to create pages that may not rely on grouped or dynamic content. To make these pages even more powerful, select users who have recently had an app upgrade will be able to group buttons together into a horizontal row, instead of stacking them on top of each other in block format as it is currently. When this feature is activated any time you have two-or-more buttons together they will be grouped into a single horizontal row. With 2 buttons it will make each button 50% width and keep the button title on them. With 3 or more buttons the text will be replaced by an automated icon depending on the type of content it is linking to.
Rollover Your Events the Easy Way Grandstand has made it easier than ever to migrate your events from year-to-year. We can duplicate your schedule from last year’s event, even switching the date to match what it will be for your upcoming event. For example, if you had an event on June 9-10-11 last year we can duplicate all of those events and move them to June 10-11-12 this year to keep them on the same day of the week. Then you can simply edit the events that have changed, while leaving the many that remain the same each year. If you would like to take advantage of this rollover (limited to packages of $899 or higher) please contact your Grandstand representative.
Other Updates Event Order
By default your event listings will be in order of time on a specific day. But what happens when you have multiple events happening at the same time. You now have the ability to change the order of these, including alphabetically by title, length of event, grouped by location, or simply by the order you put them into our system. Beacons/Geo-Fencing
