Edit Map Locations

Things change year to year, and locations at your event are different. If you find a tent or activity has changed places at your event, you will have to go into the map and change it. Rather than deleting the old one and adding a new one, the easiest way to do it is Editing the current location. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Grandstand Admin at
  2. In the left-hand column click on Maps > Add/Edit Locations
  3. Find the location you want to edit & click on the green "edit" button (if you just want to delete the location, click the red delete button and you are done)
  4. Scroll down to the map and zoom in to where the new spot for the location.
  5. Click on the map where you want the pin to be moved.
  6. Save
  7. When you are done with your edits for the map, click "Update Locations in App" in the upper right corner.
  8. Close your app on your device and reopen, then check to see the changes are correct!
